116th Express Entry Draw: 3,350 ITAs Announced for Canadian PR
The draw noticed the tie-breaking rule executed on Nov 5, 2018, at 8.27am EST. If higher than one applicant had the minimum score, the CRS cut-off score depends on the time and the date they presented their Express Entry profiles. It was the ninth invitations round beneath Express Entry in the year 2019, and the overall draw number is 116.
