Saskatchewan has delivered the latest draw from the province’s pool of International Skilled Worker on 20 June 2019. This category comes under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (S.I.N.P), which allows the province to choose employed newcomers to be suitable for Canada PR. Applicants with the below professions in Occupational In-Demand and Saskatchewan’s Express Entry streams were invited to access the draw:
In the total 479 invitations, 268 fell beneath the Federal Express Entry System with a S.I.N.P. registered profile. The remaining 211 invitations went to those from the S.I.N.P.’s stream Occupation In-Demand. There are 4 categories below the S.I.N.P. stream, each with their unique requirements. Many immigrants are choosing Saskatchewan as their destination choice.
Saskatchewan provides plenty of opportunities in the below sectors:
Agriculture- provides 28 percent of Canada’s grain and above 54 percent of the wheat crop in Canada, producing 5 percent of G.D.P.
The service-based sector, along with insurance, finance, and real estate - producing about 17 percent of G.D.P.
Natural resources, such as uranium, potash, coal, natural gas and oil.
The rate of unemployment is also lower than 4 percent, which is the least in Canada, and the least wage is presently around $10.50, making Saskatchewan an engaging choice for those attending for excellent job opportunities.
The highest number of aspirants as of 1 April 2019, with a job offer was 4,000 with about 3,615 candidates presently being accepted.
There are three subcategories:
This category appeals to skilled workers who are in the Express Entry Pool and would prefer to work and live in Canada. An Expression of Interest need to be submitted, and those considered suitable will get an invitation to submit an appeal based on the points scored.
