All the Details of this personalized program were announced on August 8 by Immigration Minister of Quebec. The first requirement for Quebec Immigration is that the overseas nationals have to get the Quebec Selection Certificate issued in their favor by the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion. Moreover, the province assesses and subsequently selects such immigrants that meet its criteria. On receiving the CSQ, aspirants can apply to the federal government for becoming permanent residents.
