Employer Details

For eligibility for an Ireland Work Permit, the job offer must be from a registered employer who is also trading in Ireland. A minimum of 50% of the employees must be EEA nationals, except for start-up companies. There is also a requirement to possess the least number of EEA nationals that are employed with the Irish entity.

For an annual salary of EUR 30,000 or more (excluding bonuses), the work permit is available for all eligible occupations, except for those that are contrary to the interest of the public.
