Canadian Global Talent Stream Pilot Strives to Promote High-tech Sector
The federal Global Talent Stream pilot program is focused at bringing top talent to tech industry of Canada by fast-tracking permissions; the federal government can announce a work permit in shorter than two weeks, while in the U.S. below President Donald Trump and Europe, the process may take months.
As per the federal government, since the commencement of the 02-year program in 2017 to this past January, higher than 1,000 companies in Canada have used it to recruit higher than 4,000 highly skilled immigrant workers.
