S Passes due to the termination within January 1 and June 30, 2019, can be resumed for up to 01 year, depends on the current salary requirements.
S Passes due to the termination following July 1, 2019, will only be resumed if they can satisfy the current least qualifying monthly salary. This requirement is supposed to grow with the applicant ’s length of the working experience.

Reforms to Issuance and Revision Fees
From Apr 1, 2019, the Ministry of Manpower will also improve the application and renewal/issuance fees* for the subsequent passes:
