• Must be a holder of one of the below-listed visas: 

1. Skilled Regional (Provisional) Subclass 489
2. Skilled Regional Sponsored Subclasses 475 and 487
3. Skilled Designated Area Sponsored Subclass 496
4. Skilled Independent Regional Subclass 495
5. A Bridging visa given since the candidate has made a valid application for a subclass 495 visa

• For dependent applicants who are 18 years old and above, they must provide evidence of functional English
